Howard has over 40 years of hands-on farming experience, holds an HND in Agriculture and as Director of Bardolf Farms Ltd he provides deep insight into the practical challenges that farmers are facing and is the real innovator behind our farming method.

CO-FOUNDER & PROJECT DESIGN ENGINEER

Sam holds an MEng in Product Design Engineering and is driven by a passion for disruptive innovation and creating novel technologies that meet consumer needs. He has led the coordination of Mowbot’s development, ensuring every aspect of the system is aligned with a clear, market-focused objective.

SNR MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER

Raymond King is a chartered engineer with a BEng in Agriculture Engineering and a member of the Institution of Agricultural Engineer. He was previously Head of Mechanical Engineering and Project lead for Innovate UK funded projects at Small Robot Co for 4 years. He has been critical to overseeing the development of Mowbot’s Hardware.

ROBOTICS ENGINEER

Robin holds an MEng in Mechatronics and Robotics Engineering, including a year in industry. Previously Lead Robotics Engineer at Small Robot Co, he has played a key role in developing the autonomous software systems behind Mowbot.

ROBOTIC UNDERSTORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (RUMS) SCIENTIST

Kits Campbell holds a PhD in Soil Science and is driven by a passion for understanding how soil systems respond to management, disturbance, and environment. She is responsible for developing the RUMS farming method to ensure it is financially, environmentally and socially sustainable.
